Shipping policy

DELIVERY 

Boxed gifts (Australia-wide) - We hold no responsibility for the time taken for our package to arrive, as this is determined by the postal/courier service (usually this can take from 2-7 days.) You will be notified once your item has been shipped (please allow up to two business days from placing order.) Select the day you would like the item to be shipped.)

Classic Posies (Sydney wide) - Delivery will be made on selected date. Please note that we cannot accommodate exact time slots for delivery. We will notify you of your allocated delivery slot.

If the address is a place where a delivery can not be left unattended eg a unit block, closed store etc it is the responsibility of the contact provided to ensure somebody is home to receive. In the event that there is nobody able to receive the posy and there is no reasonable place to leave the posy, a re-delivery fee will apply at the original delivery fee price OR the recipient/purchaser will be able to pick up from our workspace (please email us at wholesomeposyco@gmail.com for the address.)
