Refund Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We process returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. All of our posies are handmade, and of course, because of this will vary in nature. Unfortunately once our posies have been delivered they are non-refundable. Should you have any issues with your order at all, we will always strive to find a resolution - please contact us on 0433 633 366 .
Although our food items are non-perishable, we recommend consuming them within a day of opening the packet it is contained in. Otherwise, unopened, the food is best consumed up to 1 week from date it was delivered. We also recommend placing all food items in a cool and dry place immediately after receiving - please keep in mind once a posy has been received we are no longer responsible for the food items state.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to make a cancellation, a full refund will be issued the day before the item is due to be delivered. For larger orders the cancellation fee will be discussed on a case by case basis.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, COVID 19, seasonal variations, stock availability etc we sometimes may need to substitute food and or non food products. In this instance, please know that we always provide an on-brand alternative that is closely matched to what you see in the picture.
