Delivery Policy

Flat Lay & Snack Boxes (Australia wide) - Delivery time on these items vary depending on location in Australia, most orders tend to arrive up to 3 days from being sent if it is to a metro location. You will be notified once your item has been shipped (please allow up to two business days from placing order.) Please note that we do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible, but once we hand over your parcel to the postal/courier service we no longer control the timeline (even though we would love to be) and so can not guarantee delivery periods.

Vase Posies (Sydney wide) - These are available for same-day delivery, pending the order has been placed before 9am. Please note that we cannot accommodate exact time slots for delivery. If you have any preferences with the delivery please do let us know in the notes section once placing your order and we will try to do our very best to accommodate.

If the address is a place where a delivery can not be left unattended eg a unit block, closed store etc it is the responsibility of the contact provided in checkout to ensure somebody is home to receive. In the event that there is nobody able to receive the posy and there is no reasonable place to leave the posy, a re-delivery fee will apply at the original delivery fee price OR the recipient/purchaser will be able to pick up from our HQ.
